My Favorite Things

This week my favorite thing has been a favorite for a very very long time. We all have a pair of these, that one pair of super comfortable pants that we wear all the time. "Yes that is a safety pin holding the pant leg together lol. "I love these pants!" I bought this pair of super comfortable pants 8 years ago at THE GAP on the clearance rack. They have been washed and worn so many times they are about to fall apart. I have bought several pairs of pants to try and replace them but I have finally come to realize this is impossible. I will wear the pants till they fall apart completely . The day I have to throw these pants away will be a very sad day!

My Favorite thing this week is our Weather Alert Radio. My husband had saw this being mentioned on the news and decided to go out and purchase one at Walgreens for $5.00. The Weather Alert Radio lets you know when you are under any warnings for severe weather. When a tornado, Flash flood, or thunderstorm warning is issued in our county an alarm goes of followed by a voice telling you what type of warning you are under.

I placed my weather radio on my night stand, hidden behind a lamp. I sleep much better knowing its there in case a tornado warning is issued in the middle of the night.

Its Tuesday again which means its time for My Favorite Things at Fiddledeedee.

My favorite thing this week is my handy Scrubber sponge on a stick. I bought this cleaning scrubber when I was pregnant and couldn't lean over our garden bathtub to clean it. I love this scrubber sponge it is shaped perfect to get into corners and the extender handle helps me get up high in the shower. I no longer get on my knees and lay over the tub to clean it. This scrubber make cleaning showers and tubs easy easy easy!!! I purchased my scrubber at Wal-mart for around $10 I know that seem high but believe me it is worth every single penny!

I love sharing my favorite things hosted by Fiddledeedee.

My favorite thing this week is my hairdryer holder.

Being a hairdresser things like this really excite me. At work I have everything I need within a handy arms reach. I use to keep my hairdryer in a small drawer but I was always nervous it would accidentally turn itself on and catch the drawer on fire. I found this hairdryer holder at Organize.com for $5.99 now they have raised the price to $9.99 but it is still well worth it. This holder keeps the hair dryer of the floor, counter top or sink(danger) and out of my way. I can leave my hair dryer plugged in and it is always within a arms reach anytime I need it. I love it!!!!!

The CD below is his favorite Veggie Tales CD it says his name in all the songs. We have listen to it so many times the label has worn off........
