With the lack of great deals lately I have had a little extra time on my hands to be crafty. I love anything that is creative, every time I see something neat someone else has made I cant help but examine it and try to figure out how I could make it myself.The other day my mother and I went to take a tour of this big Beautiful $1.5 million dollar house that is being sold to benefit the local children's hospital. This cause is close to my heart because all the profit goes to the NICU, my son spent the first two weeks of his life in the NICU so I really think this is awesome! Several Local vender's donate time and money to make this house possible.
While touring this incredible house I came across several really cool cross candles. Of coarse I examined it and took some pictures of it. These sell for around $45 WOW!
Yesterday I went by Hobby Lobby (my favorite place) and picked up supplies to make my own cross candle. I spent a total of $8.00 on all my supplies. I was so pleased with the way these turned out and think this is a great idea for Christmas gifts!
