Homemade Manicotti
Manicotti Pasta
Mozzarella Cheese
Ricotta Cheese
Ragu Past sauce (cheap this week at Walgreens)
or you can make your own using Tomato Paste, Garlic, water, onion powder, & Italian seasoning.
Preheat Oven 375 degrees
Boil Manicotti Pasta until fully cooked (stir frequently to prevent sticking or spray pot w/Pam)
Slice Manicotti noddle long ways and fill with Ricotta cheese.
In a Casserole dish pour 1/2 of the Ragu or homemade tomato sauce.
Lay filled Manicotti Pasta over the sauce and pour the remainder of the sauce on top of the Pasta.
