Jardine Crib Recall!!!

Jardine has issued a recall for several different modal cribs sold between Jan 2002 and May 2008 at Babies"r"us and Toys"r"us. The wooden crib slats and spindles can break, creating a gap, which can pose an entrapment hazard and strangulation hazard to infants. We bought one of these cribs for our son in 2007 and I noticed a few months ago that part of the crib had broken, we had continued to use it cause we felt it did not threaten our sons safety, but when I got a phone call this afternoon about the recall I was immediately concerned. We will be contacting Jardine ASAP! If you are anyone you know owns a Jardine you can go to Babies"r"us.com and get a list of all model numbers.
